Those in attendance were also amazed by the three Monster Trucks on hand, as Doug Noelke’s “Big Dawg”, Tom Schroeder’s “Felon” and Jim Burns’ “Mechanical Mischief” put on wild displays of car-crunching, high-flying maneuvers.

Alan Bekielewski’s consistency helped him hold off a determind Mark Vicencio for the 2009 Crap Scrappers Hornets championship.

“Scary” Gary Oscarson put on a show for the crowd all night long, first completing an amazing jump over a wedding tent with a limo, barely clearing the structure before making a hard landing. Oscarson, once again showing his deft touch with high-flying stunts, collected the win in the Dukes of Hazzard Jumping Contest, flying further than anyone else for the victory.

In the Monster Truck Showdown Race, Doug Noelke’s “Big Dawg” outlasted Jim Burns and his “Mechanical Mischief” for the win.
