Loves Park, IL (July 19, 2010) The 41st annual Grudge Race between Loves Park Police vs. Businessmen will be held at Rockford Speedway this Wednesday. Thirty competitors have entered this family fun event. The racing action will include the races between Police and Businessmen, along with local public figures and elected officials; with a Demolition Derby at the end of the night. The Grudge Race began in 1969 with a total of five cars competing in two races and has since become a fan favorite.

Wednesday night racing begins at 7:07 pm, regular adult admission is $10, admission for children ages 6-15 is $5 and children five and under are admitted free.
