Loves Park, IL (September 8, 2010) For 45 years Rockford Speedway has hosted the National Short Track Championships, a staple in Midwest short track racing. Many big name drivers have made a name for themselves during the three day extravaganza, including Mark Martin, 2010 Daytona 500 Champion Jamie McMurray, Dick Trickle, and Travis Kvapil.

For just $40 dollars business owners can sponsor a lap during the 200 lap Super Late Model race on Sunday October 3, business owners will also receive one ticket for reserved seating, one entry to the VIP Hospitality Room and a 1” x 2” logo in the National Short Track Championship Program, the more laps purchased the bigger the logo or ad. The donation will also benefit drivers, for every lap led the driver will receive $20. Lap sponsorship is not limited to business owners, individuals are welcome to participate as well.
