Banquet Invite Included- The 2011 Champions’ Banquet has been set for Saturday night January 28, 2012 at Forest Hills Lodge. An invitation has been included with this Newsletter. Please call the office at 815-633-1500 if you have any questions.

1099’s– If you earned $600 or more racing at the speedway in 2011, you or your car owner will be receiving a 1099 tax form before January 31. If there are any corrections to be made, please notify the speedway office as soon as possible.

2012 Car Numbers- If you had both a R.A.C.E. license and earned points during the 2011 season, your car number will be held until March 3. Membership forms will be mailed in early February.

2012 Schedule- We are attempting to finalize our schedule for 2012. As soon as dates are confirmed with the various sanctioning bodies, we will post the 2012 Rockford Speedway schedule on www.rockfordspeedway.com, likely in late February. Overall it should mirror much of the 2011 season. We will attempt to give every division a weekend off in July.

2012 Rules- The 2012-2014 rules are available online at rockfordspeedway.com, we have locked them in for the next three seasons in all divisions.

Tires- While we do not see any major changes in tire selection for the upcoming season, we will release a list of exact tires for each division in late January.

Group Tickets- If you have a large group that would like to come out for a night at the races in 2012, have them call the Speedway Office at 815-633-1500. Group rates are available for parties of 20 or more people.

Midwest Motorsports Racers’ Expo- The Racer’s Auction and Trade Show will once again be held in Madison, WI at the Alliant Energy Center on Friday January 6 (4pm) and Saturday January 7 (9am), for additional information visit www.midwestracersauction.com or call 815-316-7841
