Loves Park, IL- The 35th running of Rockford Speedway’s Spring Classic presented by Yellowbook will take place at the quarter mile high banked oval on Sunday afternoon April 15. New this year will be the addition of the Illinois Vintage Racing Series which will join the Big 8 Late Model Series and Mid-American Stock Car Series on the card.

The highlight of the day will be the 108 lap Big 8 Series feature event, which was captured by Dale Nottestad during the 2011 event. The 2012 season will begin at Rockford Speedway with the running of the WXRX Stone and Double T 200 Enduro on Saturday April 7 at 3pm.
