This Saturday night, witness the carnage of the Original Trailer Race of Destruction presented by Kar Korner at Rockford Speedway. Trucks, SUV and Vans pull campers, boats and more in a truly unique event in which participants attempt to knock the trailers off their competitors’ vehicles. A full night of NASCAR racing will feature the Stanley Steemer Late Models, Bargain Hunter Sportsman, Miller Lite American Short Trackers and RockStar Energy RoadRunners as well as the Sam’s Drive-In Escape from I-90 Race.

Spectator Gates open at 5, qualifying begins at 5:55 with the first race at 7:07pm. Reserved adult tickets in the main grandstands are $24 for seats with backs and $18 for seats without backs. Main grandstand seating for those ages 11 and under are $12 for seats with backs and $9 for seats without backs. Bleacher seating is general admission with adult tickets available for $15 and Kids tickets (ages 11 and under) for $5 each. GREAT TURN OUT FOR WILD WEDNESDAY
A strong field of drivers turned out for opening night of Wild Wednesday racing at Rockford Speedway. The action was abundant and fun was had by all during the mid-week summertime ritual. Wild Wednesdays continue this upcoming Wednesday June 20 with the RoadRunner Super Summer Series, Bandits, Winged Women on Wheels, Spectacular Drags, Misfits and Figure 8’s.
