LOVES PARK, Ill. (Saturday, October 2nd, 2010) – Two is indeed a magical number and Jon Reynolds Jr. proved it in dominating fashion tonight during the 45th National Short Track Championships at the Rockford Speedway. On the second night of competition of the three day racing extravaganza, Reynolds Jr. drove to his second Big 8 Series presented by Gandrud Chevrolet win of 2010, leading the final 90 laps of the ‘Hinckley Springs 108’ to take the checkers ahead of the second place Big 8 points man, James Swan, by a straightaway.

Loves Park, IL- The stars of two of the most intense weekly Late Model point battles of the season will set their sights on capturing the Big 8 Series 108 lap feature event this Saturday night during the 45th annual National Short Track Championships at Rockford Speedway. Current Big 8 Series point leader Jeremy Miller and Bobby Wilberg fought tooth and nail for the Madison International Speedway title while Tim Sargent topped Jon Reynolds, Jr in the weekly point fight at Rockford Speedway.

Loves Park, IL- It is now official, the battle that has kept the Chicagoland short track racing community on the edge of their seats will now be played out on the high banks for Rockford Speedway during this weekend’s 45th annual National Short Track Championships. Chicagoland Champions Brett Sontag and Eddie Hoffman have both filed entries for the Super Late Model portion of ‘One Great Racing Weekend’.

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (Sept. 23, 2010) – While Jamie Spanel didn’t start the season with national honors on his mind, when the final weekend of the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series season concluded, his performance has earned him an invitation to the series’ biggest stage.

The 31-year-old driver from Omaha, Neb., is one of eight drivers to finish 2010 atop their respective divisions in the new NASCAR Finalist Program.
